Hi Hu,
I attended your Foundations class last night (#5), where my daughter and I learned about how to work on recall and play games with our dog, Maximus. I wanted to ask you a question about Tug of War. Maximus has a rope that he loves to bite and play with. He is great at playing tug of war, with his strong jaws and the way he shakes his head to loosen our grip. I wanted to ask you if it is normal “play” behaviour for him to growl at us when we are playing Tug of War. It does not seem intimidating, but I want to make sure I read his cues correctly. Thanks!
