Cost: $85/hour; extra charges may apply for travel.Number of Sessions: Varies - certain minimum # of classes may apply. Timeframe for Completion: Varies Who is this for: Owners whose schedules don't fit evening/weekend group classes, dogs with specific behavioral issues (fear, aggression, etc.), or owners who want very hands-on training (precision clicker training help, etc.). Program Description: Contact us by filling the Enrollment form and we'll get in touch! There are many reasons for private lessons - our clients who opt for private lessons do so for reasons as varied as the number of dog breeds that are out there! Details: Initial consults are always 90 minutes in length, so that approximately 45 minutes can be spent on review of history, discussion of theory, and practice exercises, and the remaining 45 minutes can be spent on practical work. Subsequent consults/sessions can be 60 minutes in length. For cases involving aggressive behaviors, clients must sign up for two sessions (one 90 minute, one 60 minute) in advance. Due to our limited availability for private training, payment must be made in advance to hold your reservations and cancellations/rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Private lessons are taught by either Andre Yeu or Emily Fisher, depending on availability, scheduling, your area, and training requirements. For in-home lessons, our service area is roughly south of Dupont, east of High Park, west of Coxwell. (High Park, Junction, Roncesvalles in the West, Cabbagetown, Riverdale, Leslieville in the East, and all neighbourhoods in between) If you are outside of our service area for in-home lessons, in-class lessons are available at our school, or we can refer you to another trainer with similar skills and methodology (email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
